✨ "That hands may learn to see." 💙
At the Davao School for the Blind, learning never stops—especially for those who guide our students every single day!
On September 30, 2026, the faculty and staff of DSB participated in an Orientation and Mobility (O&M) Training and Refresher. From mastering spatial mapping hazards and the clock-face table technique, to practicing proper Sighted Guide stances and fostering respectful, empowering communication—our team took a deep dive into continuously upskilling their competencies.
O&M isn’t just about movement—it’s about safety, confidence, independence, and inclusion. By keeping our skills sharp and up to date, we ensure that every blind child in our care is given the tools to navigate the world with courage and dignity. Because when we walk together, the future is bright! 🌟👁️🗨️
