Councilor Enzo Villafuerte, Chairperson of the Committee on Social Services, met with key proponents of the Davao School for the Blind (DSB) to discuss the Adult Blind Rehabilitation program.
The team addressed current service gaps and evaluated project viability to ensure strong, sustainable local government support.
Present at the meeting were Councilor Enzo Villafuerte alongside DSB representatives Raissa Cinco Ling (Project Development Officer), Paul Wilson Almocera (ABR Project Coordinator), and Johnnie Ellarina (DSB Social Worker).
